Dear support and group. For over a month I have been trying to fix 'This vehicle program is not authorized. please obtain Authorization' problem. On 2013-03-13 support suggested that an update will fix this. The update software is version V2.50, my softwre is version V3.0 so the updatet will not install. On 2013-02-28 snicrams suggested to da a format and start again. I did this. The blank SD card was authorised okay and the version V2.50 system program installed okay. But there are no other updates showing on the OC Suit updates sceen. Where is all the car and OBSII software? I have read the user manual many times. On page 62 it states that I should have a list of car programs to download. I have no car programs at all, not one, only the system program update. I now have an SD card with only the sytem software on it, nothing else. Obviouslyy I am doing something wrong. Please.please help. Dear Support, You have fixed ti, it now works perfectly. I do not know what you did but all the cars are now on PC suit and I have loaded them okay and there are no error messages. Thank you very much for the fix, I wish you health and happines, Alex.
